Black Sabbath trade mark dispute settled

Hat tip to Stephen Baird  and through him to Mark Malek of Tactical IP for news that Ozzy Osbourne and Tony Iommi have settled their dispute over ownership of the Black Sabbath trade mark, which Iommi had registerd in the US and elsewhere (see earlier post).
