My intention to keep this blog focussed on IP is hard to sustain when there is so much in the not-far-removed area of privacy and, through that, data protection. my attention is drawn to a new Wikipedia entry on the Data Protection Act which I haven't studied yet, but I will. And I have also discovered a blog written by Google's Global Privacy Counsel. It's reassuring to know that they have one, at least - and if his blog is as good as Bill Patry's on copyright, it'll be well worth following.
